Recessed Lights — Night Light Feature

The new fixtures include a soft night light mode that adds warmth and visibility in the evenings. It’s an energy-efficient way to keep the space comfortably lit after dark while highlighting the clean finish of the updated ceiling.

Drywall Repair – Before

After a plumbing repair, the wall behind this client’s washer and dryer was left with a large opening — about three feet long and two feet wide — exposing the new valve box and framing. The plumbing company’s work was complete, but the drywall patch and finish were not covered by insurance, leaving the homeowner with a major hole in her laundry room wall.

Drywall Repair – After

The damaged section was fully rebuilt with new drywall, taped, textured, and painted to blend seamlessly with the surrounding wall. The finished result restored the space completely — smooth, clean, and ready for use — leaving no sign that a repair had ever been needed.

Underground Water Line Repair

A client experienced a major water leak under their driveway caused by an aging poly pipe. After carefully digging out the damaged section, the faulty line was cut back and replaced with durable new PEX piping. The repair restored full water pressure and prevented further leaks — all without needing to replace the entire line or driveway.

Shed with Old Siding

This shed had worn, weathered siding that was beginning to fail from years of exposure. The panels were soft in spots, and the trim showed signs of water damage. Before starting, the structure was inspected and prepped for replacement to ensure a lasting repair.
